请注意: 网上注册提交后请您务必在3天内将支票寄出(邮寄付费以邮戳为准)。开学期间, 也可在一周内将支票交至学校办公室。若注册提交后两星期内未收到付费, 已提交的注册将被自动注销。注册日期以付费日期为准。

1. 学费)

  • 中文课:《标准中文》$240 全年,$140 半年 (含教材费$20);
  • 《马立平教材》$280 全年,$180 半年(含教材费$60)。
  • 文化课:$120-240 全年,或$70-140 半年,详情请见课程表。

2)注册费和迟注册费

    注册费为每人每次$20(小孩和成人课相同)。第一次注册已经办理之后,再加注课程将视为再次注册,需另付$20 注册费。8 月10 日后注册或付费将加收$30 迟注册费(邮寄付费以邮戳为准)。若开学后到办公室手工注册, 将另收$30 人工费。

3)学校管理费

    每家每年$30。没有子女在校的成人学生免交此费。

4)家长值班押金

    每学期$30。若没有按时参加值日,该押金不再退还。下学期注册时须补交$30 押金。没有子女在校的成人学生免交此费。若按时参加值日,小孩退学时可退还值班押金。

5)换课、退课和退学

    相同年级中文班之间不予换班。开学前二周内可免费换课一次,之后每次换课收费$10。开学第三周起不再换课。注册一年的学生换课后如果秋春两课不同, 这两课将均按学期收费, 不能享受全年学费优惠。
    办理退课须持注册收据。开学第二周下课前办理退课,可退100%学费。开学第三周起不再办理该学期退课,只能办理下学期退课及退还一学期的学校管理费($15)。开学两周后注册者不能退学费。注册费和教材费一律恕不退还。
    注册一年的学生在春季退课时,不能享受全年注册学费优惠,退得的学费将为所交学费减去一学期的学费(例如,全年学费$240-半年学费$140=$100,而不是$120)。
    春季注册时只能注册春季学期,不能跨学年注册,不能享受全年注册学费优惠。

Attention:

For on-line registration, payment must be made (or postmarked) within 3 days after submission. Any on-line submission without prompt payment will be automatically deleted after two weeks.

A late registration fee of $30 will be charged if the tuition and fees are not paid in full by August 10 postmark.

For onsite registration (after school open in September), additional $30 manual processing fee will be assessed, in addition to late registration fee.

1. Tuition (per student per class)

  • Standard Chinese Class: $240 per school year (two semesters), or $140 per semester ($20 teaching materials or textbook fee included).
  • Ma Liping Class: $280 per school year, or $180 per semester ($60 textbook fee included). No discount on tuition if no textbook is required.
  • Culture Class: Depending on the class, charges range from $120-240 per school year or $70 -140 per semester. For details, please see the class schedule table.

2. Registration fee (per student per registration)

    $20 per student per registration (same fee for kids or adults). After first registration is processed, adding classes will be considered as an additional registration. Therefore, $20 registration fee will be applied for each such registration.

3. School management fee (per family per year)

    $30 per family per school year or $15 per semester. This fee is charged every school year/semester. School management fee is waived for adult students who do not have children attending the school.

4. Parent duty fee (withhold)

    $30 per family (one-time charge). Parent duty will be assigned by Parents Council every semester. Failure to show up for parent duty will result in the forfeit of this parent duty fee. As a result, a new $30 withholding will be applied at the next registration. For families performed the duty in prior semester, this fee will not be re-charged at next registration. There is no parent duty fee for adult students who do not have children at the school.

5. Class transfer

    Any class transfer request among same grade Chinese classes or same course culture classes will not be processed. For students who request class transfer, there is one free transfer during first two weeks of each registration. $10 will be charged for additional class transfer during first two weeks of each semester. There will be no class transfers permitted from the third week on. If a transfer results in two different classes for fall and spring semesters, the semester tuition will be applied to each class, i.e. no full year discounted tuition can be used under such condition. If students register in the spring, they can only register for the spring semester (no full year discount).

6. Class cancellation and refund

    In order to receive a refund, the class cancellation form must be filed with payment receipt of registration within the first two weeks of the semester.
    Students who withdraw classes within two weeks will get 100% tuition refund, provided that all teaching materials, including textbooks are returned in brand new condition. Otherwise the applicable textbook fee will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be posted online to your account after 4 weeks. In case the refund does not show in your account, please come to the administration office during the normal Chinese school day to resolve the issue.
    If the deadline for cancellation is passed, the student can only cancel the 2nd semester classes if the student registers for a full year. In such cases, his/her registration will be considered one semester, thus no full year discount in tuition will apply. As a result, the refund will be less than half of the paid full year tuition (e.g. $240 for a year - $140 for a semester, the refund will be $100, not $120).
    If there are no children in the school as a result of cancellation, all of the school management fee ($30 for one year; $15 for one semester) will be refunded. If there is at least one child in the family registered in the school, then this school management fee is not refunded.
    The class cancellation/refund (request) form will be available online. The filled form can be mailed/emailed to School Administration for process.
    There is no refund for those who register late (after two weeks of school). Registration fee cannot be refunded.
